Productivity tools

One of the primary goals of Nth Technologies is to connect physicians to their practice even outside of the office and away from their computers. We wanted to create a “personal assistant” on their phone that would send appointment notifications, provide clinic reports, provide a list of tasks and patient messages and refill requests. 

UX/UI Design

Working with the developers, we decided to reuse a basic interface structure that was created for our other peripheral productivity apps for easy development and fast adoption.  The app works with the apple watch and messages and notifications are sent to tethered devices.  

Simple iconography, readability, and unique background gradients provided a light but clinical atmosphere to the app. Actual presentation screens stick to strong black text on white backgrounds, with obvious toggles in bright colors.  

The app is in the process of being released, but has had lots of positive feedback from initial testers! Feedback said it’s easy to use and acts as a nice supplement to the daily workflow, but we are still hoping to entice more physicians to give it a try.
